How can I buy lift tickets online?

You can either upload an existing keycard with a ski pass, or buy both a new keycard and ski pass.
You can also choose our mobile solution where you don't need a physical card.

Select a ski pass and proceed to the shopping cart:
First choose which date, number of people and which type of ski pass you wish to buy.
Select "buy" and the ski passes will be saved in the shopping basket. Check that it is the correct ski pass and date, and select "Go to checkout".
You can at any time click on the "Shopping cart" symbol at the top right to see and change products in your shopping cart.

My information:
Log in with your user account or create a new account. You only create the user account the first time you buy a lift pass. You can also use Facebook or Google + to log in, so you don't have to remember a new username and password. No information about you is published on your status page on Facebook or Google + in connection with the login to your account.

Connect lift card:
All lift cards must be connected to a person and possibly a keycard.
Register who will use the lift tickets (name and date of birth). The date of birth must be correct as you can only buy children's cards for children and adult cards for adults.
For each lift card: click on the name of the person who will use the card and choose how to connect the keycard, if you do not choose the solution without a physical card.

Upload keycard
To load an existing keycard, you need the number on your keycard.
Choose one of these options:
-Select one of my registered keycards for this lift pass.
-Register a new keycard to my account. Then enter your keycard number and nickname.
-Buy a new keycard

Buy a new keycard:
If you don't already have a keycard, you can buy this in the online store and pick it up at the ticket office, alternatively choose our mobile solution where you don't need a physical card.
Select option:
-buy a new keycard and pick it up at the ticket office. Person and keycard must be selected for all lift tickets before you can proceed to payment.
The same person and keycard number cannot be selected simultaneously on several lift cards in the same transaction.

The information about people and keycard numbers is saved under "My Page" and can be changed there at any time.

May I buy severeral lift tickes in one transaction?

Yes you can easily buy the ticket for your children, family or friends in one single transaction.

We will store your information and connect your various tickets into one single useraccount. Your ticket and associated family and friends can easily be administered. Next time you want to buy a ticket there will be no need register keycard numbers and names.

What about kids?

We have free lift pass for children 0-6 years, where children with helmet and accompanied by parents are free!

Do I need an existing keycard?

No, you don't need a keycard!

If you already have a keycard, you can upload this in our webshop. The lift card is automatically uploaded the first time you pass the turnstile in the lift.

If you don't have a keycard before, you can redeem a mobile ticket in our webshop and go directly to the lift. If you prefer a keycard, you can also buy one in our webshop. When you come to us, you collect your card in the heating cabin. The next time you come, you can easily top up this card.

Everyone who is going to ride in our ski facility needs a keycard or a mobile ticket that makes it possible to pass through the turnstile / gate in the lift. Keycard / mobile ticket is something everyone must have, even children under 7 years of age.

Receipt and confirmation?

You can pay by credit card/debit card or Swish
The provider remembers your bank card/credit card number so you don't have to enter this next time. We do not store your card number.

Receipt and order confirmation
After the payment and purchase have been approved, a confirmation with a receipt will be sent to your email registered to your customer account.
You can also see the status of your order on "My Page"

If you have not received a receipt, go to "My page", click on "Order history" and "See all orders" In the status field, you can easily see if the order has been paid, confirmed or if something has gone wrong.

Order status / order status
The order is confirmed.
Receipt and order confirmation have been sent to your email. If you have not received an email, please also check your spam folder in your email account.

Order error:
Something has gone wrong, your purchase is not approved, and money has not been withdrawn from your bank account.

For payment:
The order is due for payment with the payment partner. Refresh the web page to see if the order has been approved.

It may take up to 2 minutes before the payment is approved.

What is the difference between a keycard and a ticket?

Keycard is the physical card you use to pass the turnstile.
This can be loaded with different types of tickets (season ticket, day ticket, evening ticket, 3-hour ticket)

Keycard can be reused.

Ticket is your mobile ticket via a QR code and no key card is required.

Where do i find the keycard number?

The number is on the back of your card.
Enter your keycard number this way: the keycard only consists of numbers, not letters

You can use SKIDATA cards with us. Plastic cards from TEAM AXESS DO NOT work.

I forgot my keycard at home

Always check that you have the correct keycard with you when you leave home.

Where should you keep your keycard?

The Keycard should be placed in your left pocket.

Do I have to choose a specific date?

The skipass you purchased is valid for the period you purchased.

Do I have to go to the ticketoffice first?

If you have loaded a keycard that you had before, or if you have a mobile ticket, you can go directly to the lift.
The first time you pass through the turnstile, hold the card for about 3-5 seconds so that the ticket can be uploaded to the card.

If you do not have a keycard and ordered this online, you must first go to the ticket office to pick up your order.
